About This Wine
Savoie, France. Altesse. Organic & Biodynamic.
From the steep, south-facing slopes of Cevins, this powerful alpine white is grown on poor mica schist soils and farmed organically and biodynamically. Vinified with native yeast and no added sulfur during fermentation, then aged 18 months in mostly neutral barrique, it’s layered, structured, and strikingly mineral. Expect an intense yet refined profile — alpine freshness wrapped in depth and texture — equally at home with rich white meats, creamy sauces, or fried dishes that call for a wine with real presence.
